PGFORYOU.com is a rental solution for young professionals who are looking for shared accommodations or Single occupancy rooms and families who are looking for full houses.
PGFORYOU.com takes houses on contractual basis and makes them fully furnished for professionals who are searching accommodation on sharing purpose.
Choices are also available in single occupancy and shared occupancy.
We are responsible for Maintenance and Services provided in the accommodation.
From rent collection to fulfill basic needs of the tenant is our responsibility
Once you share your details on our website, a PGFORYOU.com representative will get in touch with you. Once the discussion proceeds, there will be a Property Visit. Further, we will move to the rental agreement.
Voila, you are now a part of the PGFORYOU family.

3 DAYS TRIAL
If you don’t like the house for whatever reason WITHIN 3 DAYS of move-in, we shall process your refund after deducting ONLY the rent for the number of days from license start date + On-boarding Charges (move out charges(INR 999) + Cancellation Charges - Notice period and lock-in does not apply when you cancel within 3 days of move-in.

Booking confirmation
Paying Guest Accommodation - You confirm the bed or room by paying a nominal booking amount of 1000 INR
Rent Flat -  1BHK/2 BHK/ 3 BHK/ 4 BHK -  To book a rent Flat the client needs  to pay 5000 as token amount and at the time of shifting has to pay 2 months rent in advance + 1 month Security + 1 month Brokrage
Unless explicitly written in one’s agreement, there is a 'lock-in' period of 6 months of stay in all PGFORYOU  houses.
If the tenant moves out of PGFORYOU house before completing 6 months, he/she will be required to pay an amount equivalent to one month's rent, for not serving the lock-in period. The rent here corresponds to the rent on the last occupied bed/room/house.
Tenant has to provide 30-days' of notice while vacating, without exception at any point in time, any shortfall in notice period will be charged on a pro-rata basis where the fees would be equal to the no. of days of shortfall of the 10 day period.
For clarity, if a tenant moves out before 6 months of stay & doesn’t give any notice, he/she shall be charged one month and 10-days' rent (one month rent for lock-in breach, 10-days' rent for shortfall of notice)
Deposit Payment Terms
Tenant needs to pay one months of rent as security deposit.
Tenant is required to pay a part of the security deposit, referred as the token deposit, at the time of booking.
The remainder of Security deposit post booking need to be paid 2 days(4 days if house is under owner confirmation policy) before the license start date.
The security deposit paid is mentioned in the rental agreement.
Security / token deposit can be paid either by cash or online
